High Fuel Prices --> Social Crisis

The Nigerian government is planning to increase petroleum prices for consumers simply because they can no longer afford to subsidize petroleum products. Boniface Isok, National President of the NUCFRLANMPE and the national trustee of the National Labor Congress greatly opposes this plan, saying it will only worsen the economic crisis. He suggests that instead, refineries should be built in order to provide jobs for Nigerians as well as reduce import cost. Isok is taking the lead on this cause and continues to criticize government actions.

Will we see Nigeria completely fail after this price change is implemented?
